Curiostudio Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process & Address To start a return, you must contact us first at davidrong306@gmail.com. Please Note: * Do not send items back to the sender's address on the package.

  • Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the specific Return Address via email.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Issues (Important for Tech Toys) Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us at davidrong306@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. To process a damage claim, please provide:

  1. Your order number.

  2. Clear photos or a short video showing the defect or damage. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must still meet the eligibility requirements mentioned above.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
